Depending on your account status, the following services may be made available to you: uploading patient cases, uploading of general health questions, messaging with other professionals about specific patient cases or professional ideas/comments, save chat and case history for future reference. All case data above generated by you through our website, application or services is your information and will be collected by us. We often anonymise your personal information, such as name, to other users within the application or website however this does not exempt you from us collecting all personal and case data.
We may use channels outside our application or website to communicate with you and other users regarding your content such as emails, text messages and push notifications. We collect this information to enhance the user experience and for marketing and promotional purposes.
Regarding the usage of the Application, website or services we may also collect data from other areas of your interaction such as app launches, taps, clicks, scrolling information, video views, saved posts, videos, images or other information about how you interact with the app. We may also collect information about the advertisements you have seen.
Professional Status
We may require you to provide proof of your identity, including that you are a healthcare professional, and if you are unable to do so to Ask Fellow Optoms satisfaction, we reserve the right to deny you access to the application or other services. While we ensure our members are healthcare professionals, we make no guarantee of their identity, professional credentials or license status.

Derivative data is any information which our servers may automatically collect when you access the site. This includes but is not limited to IP address, browser type, your operating system, your access times and the pages which you have viewed directly before and after accessing the site.
